Interesting to talk to people and learn from their experiences in terms of health issues. More and more I hear about food intolerances such as lactose in milk. I learned recently that this sensitivity can develop later in life. Also, people may want to check out our food labels more carefully for "colour" added, as it can be unhealthy, especially for children who have the tendency to be ADHD.
