About Us

York Home Watch is a fully insured, bonded and accredited home watch service that checks on your home while you're away. A home watch service is similar to a house sitter or house sitting service without actually having someone living in your home. We provide thorough inspections of your home, on a predetermined schedule, to make sure 'all is well' while you're away. You will receive a detailed report, with pictures, upon completion of each home watch visit. If an issue comes up, we communicate with you to coordinate a solution.
