If I could give a -10 rating I would. Please people be careful with this company and its hidden NO RETURN, NO REFUND AND NO EXCHANGE POLICY. Find a scuba shop that will have your best interest at heart instead of the bottom line. I went in on Dec 22/2017 and talked with Jody about a regulator and octopus. He did not have the one he recommended for me in stock so told me he will order it. At no time did he ask for a deposit or money but I decided i would pay there because it would be my mom picking it up. On Dec 26/2017 I called to Jody and asked if I could cancel the order as I had found out it did not have lifetime repair parts like others that were just as good if not better. I told Jody I would pay the restocking fee as i am a business owner and understand this is charged to me if I return items and I would purchase the camera in its place so he would not have to refund my money. He told me NO YOU ORDERED IT, YOU PAID FOR IT AND I DONT DO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS AND THE DISTRIBUTOR DOES NOT TAKE THEM BACK. Hmm now this I found hard to believe. I called to the distributor called Shark Bite and got a very helpful man who told me indeed they do do returns and he would talk to Jody. Nope Jody was just plain UNREASONABLE. I went in to pick up this paid for equipment after 3 weeks of going back and forth and Jody was talking to me as if I wanted to listen to his small talk and play nice. Left an extremely unhappy customer Purchase elsewhere people, please dont end up in the same boat as me with something you dont want. I have since purchased at Tims Diving Supplies in Barrie and Aquarius diving in Toronto. WAY BETTER! Both of them have amazing customer service and respect for their customers. Take the extra time to be safe on your purchase and dont make the same costly mistake I did by purchasing from this company.
