I have dealt with numerous music store since I was a kid and have found a common theme with most of them. At some, if you don't look like you are a rock star or are wearing a Rolex, no one is interested in talking to you. Others, no matter how many sales people there are standing around wearing ties and name tags.... Not mentioning any names... I can never find a guitar on the wall that is in tune and finally there are the shops who have people working there who don't seem to know a thing about the products they offer. To my excitement, two years ago when I first came to Newmarket, I was introduced to The Arts. Since then, any time I have a question, need advice, a lesson or just want to spend some time trying something new, the staff have always gone above and beyond to help any way that they can... And the guitars are in tune too. I have purchased many accessories for my drums, my first, and second guitars and amp here and highly recommend that anyone needing musical come to The Arts and see why I won't go anywhere else.
