After checking out a few hairdressers in my area (Richmond Hill) and read their reviews, (which were not good) also they did not reply to their clients email which made matters worse. Still browsing through the internet, I then noted that Studio M had a deal on for highlights which was exactly what I wanted. I made the call and spoke to a lovelly lady Maggie and scheduled the appointment for the following Saturday. I arrived earlier than anticipated but this was no problem for them. Throughout my time in the salon I was treated very well they were so helpfull and courtious to me and answered any questions which I had. My hair turned out beautiful the cut and the highlights I was and still am very pleased. I explained to them both that it is very difficult to find a good hairdresser these days. I am very particular about my hair if it is not cut good or styled correctly I will not return a hair cut needs time. However, GIRLS I WILL BE RETURNING. The amount of people who has commented on my hair is wonderful,Thank you.

I visited this salon last Saturday to get a hair-cut. Overall, my experience was very positive. The staff was professional and and friendly, and provided a warm environment. I would certainly go back and would recommend others to go there as well.

I purchased a wag jag coupon for hair cuts at studio M. I was extremely disappoint with the customer service I had received. Each time I called staff were unaccomidating for appointment booking. I felt as though it was because I was paying with my wag jag that I was not worth their time. During my appointment my hair dresser talk to staff the whole time and ignored me. I only received one hair cut out of the four I purchased and none of the three waxes that were purchased as well. I would not recommend this place to anyone ... Rude staff and unaccomidating !

Hi Stephanie, You only wanted to come on Monday or Sunday...and I explained it to you that we are closed on those days and open only based on group or party pakage appointments. We also mentioned that due to the volume of responses we receive from these special online deals that we need an advance notice to be able to accomodate the needs of every individual.
