Today my windshield wipers decided that they did not want to work anymore on my 2003 Jetta just as the beautiful rain/snow mix started coming down. I call the service department at Pfaffvw and when I told them my problem they made arrangements to fit me into their already full schedule. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The repair was done quickly and I was on my way having spent far less than I anticipated.... And had my car washed and vacuumed as a bonus. I would highly recommend that anyone needing their VW or Audi serviced that they come see the folks at Pfaff Motors.
