It was as easy as telling you, how much I love real Jamaican Jerk Chicken. Presto!! Luleta replied “ I can make that!!!” One bite and it brought me back to Negril, sandy beeches and Red Stripe. It was NO PROBLEM MON EVERYTIN BE IRE. My step son, who has Trinidadian Roots, ate three pieces with peas and rice, sopping up the jerk sauce with bread, comparing it to his Grandmother’s, one of his favourite people. The aroma filled the house while it warmed up in the oven. It was easy and fast....I didn’t realize that My Secret Chef can also cater small meals, one meal for a family of four. The kind of meal that brings you back to a great vacation....
