All round pretty disappointed. Late installation, terrible follow-ups, never called or dealt with problems just avoided them. Promised call or meeting had to be rearranged over and over. Pretty sure the owner would not have come back to fix problems if we didn't owe money. Still took over a year to finish. After all that was still okay just leaving it but the straw that broke the back was the one small problem that still needed to be fixed wasn't. No follow up as promised, 5-minute job that would have made all the difference. Sad experience all round. Aurora Kitchens is great though, give them a try!
