I have a long-standing back problem caused by an accident many years ago. I live with pain and a constant feeling of "solidness" in my lower back. I have had a few 1 hour sessions with Ms Garner, and afterwards have felt a sense of release and very relaxed. After a struggling with right hip pain, going to numerous Dr's and being told that "this happens with old age" I was begging to despair that I would ever be with out pain. I could neither, sit, stand, or lie down in comfort! I did not believe in massage therapy and was quite pessimistic that it would ever work for me. But I did know I had to try everything! I do have to say that after my first one body massage from Fiona Garner, the pain in my hip eased off a great deal and I was at last able to walk without the pain.
